Hi friends!

I am Berry Elly, my family and I immigrated to The Bronx from the Dominican Republic when I was 14 years old. The summer after graduating High School, I moved to sunny South Florida where I was introduced to the property and casualty insurance world. I became the youngest claims professional at one of the top three companies in the country. In this role, I sharpened my skills in problem-solving, relationship building, and negotiations, which led me to be the successful entrepreneur I am today. 

Changes in the insurance industry left me disillusioned with this career path. I found myself desiring a greater purpose and I knew that in order to be the change I desired to see in the world, I had to do it myself. I set my mind and directed my intentions towards that goal. 

Friends, it has not been easy….

Part of what drives me and why I believe I have been successful is my natural desire to connect with and help people.  It is this drive and my own journey of healing that led me to be the serial entrepreneur in the healthcare field I am today.

Currently, I am the CEO of Shaoni Medical Solutions, Director of Operations at Aviva Care Pharmacy, Managing Partner of Franklinton Pharmacy, and CEO of Royalty Care Med Spa.

At 28, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and it changed my life entirely. Traditional medicine pronounced me as incurable. The pain I felt physically and emotionally left me devastated and bedridden. Something inside of me would not let me accept defeat and I again set out to rediscover purpose and meaning. It was then, that I dragged myself out of despair and the doldrums to discover ways to heal my body and this process led me to build Royalty Care Medspa. 

My journey has been one of trial and error but one of resilience and purpose. This path is anchored in my passion to help people discover their true potential, as is the vision for Berry Elly- To inspire, motivate, and create winning strategies for innovative entrepreneurs.
